belly dancer costume?
I want to be a belly dancer for Halloween. So far I have a light blue hip scarf with jingly coins, and I’m going to wear this over black leggings. What top and shoes should I wear, and in what colours? Also, do you have hair/makeup tips?

If you are comfortable with your body you can wear a matching bra top that goes with the hip scarf. With your make up keep it simple and make your hair look sexy and exotic. Or you could just straighten it since most bellydancers just have long straight hair.
